According to the UK time zone, when arriving at London Luton Airport the clock will be adjusted by setting it back by 2 hours.
Upon arrival at the airport in Constanta we will be waiting for a bus that will take us to the Olimp-Neptun resort, on the Romanian coast – a 4 stars hotel. The transportation time is 30 minutes.
Dinner will be served then rooms will be allocated to all guests. Each room has a capacity of two persons.
On request there can be rooms with three beds.
The four-stars hotel offers tourists all the comfort they need for a relaxing holiday.

The price includes:
– Transportation by plane – round trip.
– Accommodation for 6 nights. We leave resort on the 7th day.
– Agency fee 10% of the price.
– Meal: Three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner.
– Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back.

The access fees to these tourist objectives are included in the price.

OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon registration, an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the package will be paid. The difference of 50% is paid at least 15 days before the start of the trip.
– The schedule of the trip can be modified by the group leader; destinations can be altered or some objectives can be replaced depending on certain special situations.
– Some objectives from the panoramic tours of our trip can only be viewed from the outside.
– The distribution of hotel rooms is made by hotel’s reception. Problems related to the location or appearance of the room are solved by the tourist directly at the reception assisted by the group attendant.
For certain facilities in the hotel or in the hotel room there may be additional fees (minibar, fridge, locker, etc.). These are set by the hotel and can be paid individually.
When you arrive at the hotel, ask the receptionist to inform you exactly about these specific requests.
Local authorities may request a fee such as resort tax. This will be paid by tourists at the hotel reception.
The classification of hotels is in accordance with the standards existing in the respective country and may not coincide with the classification norms in Romania.
Please make sure that the travel documents, ID card or passport, do not show any trace of deterioration of the security elements and are valid for at least 6 months from the date of completion of the trip.
